In-Person Management Plan
A comprehensive consultation and plan tailored specifically for your little slice of heaven. No property too big or too small. We provide an evaluation of the property along with management recommendations and a schedule of opportune times to complete tasks. Your management plan comes with multiple maps of your property that will include a soil overlay, management blocks, best practices, order of management practice to be completed, and much more. Future communication is included and encouraged.

Virtual management plans are for those who prefer to meet virtually whether that be for time constraints, distance, or financial reasons. This service gets you everything in the “In-Person Consultation and Management Plan” except done virtually using photos and video that you provide along with topographic and satellite mapping software.
In-Person Consult
Just want another set of eyes or a different perspective but don’t want a whole plan? We can walk your property together and I can answer any questions you have and help you develop a strategy to improve your property. Take notes as I highlight the pros and cons of your property and tips that can be beneficial in reaching your goals and improving your experiences on your land for years to come. *I will provide a map and summary of everything discussed during our site tour.
CONSULTATIONS

Aerial Photography
With the use of drones, 110 Land Co. is able to offer aerial photography for both personal and real estate use. Aerial photography can help demonstrate in a way that on the ground photographs or even visits to the physical location can't. A literal bird's eye level view can show the dramatic changes over time that you're bringing to the project, as well as help identify where future phases will be headed.

PHOTOGRAPHY
High-quality photographs are among the most important elements of any land listing. Our digital photography services will showcase your property in its truest form. Digital photography is also encouraged to provide historical documentation of your land progress and it’s ecosystem as it is today.
